child labour

There is an hour left before I have to pick up the kids again. How will I spend that hour? There is still ironing to do and the iron and ironing board are still ready in the living room. But the sun is also shining and I can also sit some time out side to enjoy the sun and a good book. The ironing could I also do when the kids are at home and I think reading a book with the children around me will not work. Maybe it is also time to teach them how to iron, or is it too early at the age of seven? I think it is; it can be dangerous with all that steam. But it was a nice idea. I should wait a few years before they can do their own clothes. Maybe at that time the clothes need not to be ironed anymore.
